Started running in 1996. Qualified for Small Nations Games in 2007.  Placed first female overall twice in Malta half marathon, 2012 and 2013. Malta mountain running championship in 2013. After a 3 year lay off from competitive running, Angele, returned to full training in 2018. In 2019, she participated in the European Company Sport Games,in Salzburg, Austria winning a bronze medal track staged 5k race and a silver medal in a 5k City Run in her respective age category.
